A mechanical engineer by training and former Air Force officer, Justin spent years as a project manager for a design/build construction firm before growing a national construction supply company alongside Chad. He oversees operations at Division 10 Sales and brings an engineer's precision to every takeoff, submittal, and delivery. Outside of work, he's a proud husband and father of six who moonlights as the family DJ and never turns down a chance to explore somewhere new on the map.

With a background in business and finance and service in the Air Force alongside Justin, Chad has spent his career building customer relationships and managing sales operations across the construction industry. At Division 10 Sales, he ensures every customer gets the right product for the job. Chad is a married father of six who enjoys riding horses, car shows, and collecting sports cards with his kids.
